61. Inner Truth
Zhong Fu (The Trusting Heart) shows wind over the lake. The water responds to the invisible wind – an image of resonance without physical contact. Stable on the outside (Yang), open on the inside (Yin). It is the principle of absolute sincerity and inner truth. It is about trust based on resonance, not on contracts. Whoever rests in their center and is authentic influences the system through their frequency alone. Here, truth is not a wagging moral finger but an operative force. Prejudices block this channel. Become the 'hollow bamboo' – be permeable to the facts and loyal to your core.
Inner Truth. Pigs and fish. Good fortune. It is beneficial to cross the great water. Persistence is beneficial.
Authenticity
Zhong Fu teaches that truth is the strongest weapon in the arsenal of leadership.
Operative Resources
Radical transparency. The ability to reach immediate agreement through honest exchange.
System Blocks
Incongruence – When deeds and words don't match, the capital of trust crumbles away.
System-Hacks
Be true.
- Reality Check: Today, in a meeting, say exactly what everyone is thinking but no one says out loud.
- Feedback: Ask someone for unvarnished feedback on your work.
Image
Above the lake there is wind: the image of Inner Truth. So the noble one deliberates over legal disputes and defers death sentences.
Shadow Challenge
Shadow: Manipulation – Mistrust or concealing one's own intentions, which destroys the resonance in the system.
Strategy
Be radically honest (with yourself and others). Open the communication channel. Act from your center instead of steering through tactics.
The Lines
- Beginning: Focus (Presence)Being ready is good fortune. Ulterior thoughts bring unrest. Trust your first, pure intuition, without ifs or buts.
- Level 2: Resonance (Attraction)A crane calls in the shadows; its young one answers. I have a fine cup. I want to share it with you. Deep connection through shared values. Your truth attracts partners.
- Level 3: Volatility (Stability Training)He finds a companion: one moment he drums, the next he stops. One moment he sobs, the next he sings. Emotional dependence. At times enthusiastic, at times at rock bottom. Become independent of others' validation.
- Level 4: Upgrade (Growth)The moon that is almost full. The horse from the team goes missing. One turns to a higher mission and lets go of trivial ties. No fault. Your spirit grows.
- Level 5: Leadership (Unity)Truthfulness that connects. No fault. Through your character you hold the whole team together. Natural authority.
- Conclusion: Facade (Warning)A rooster's crow toward heaven. More show than substance. Empty promises bring the system crashing down. Persistence brings misfortune.
