What are Enneagram Arrows?

Each of the nine types has two directional movements: disintegration (stress) and integration (growth). How to Use the Arrows for Growth

The stress direction shows where you can observe yourself: if you notice unusual behavior, you are likely living your stress pattern. Self-observation alone is healing. The growth direction shows which qualities to consciously cultivate — opening to strengths not yet fully integrated.
