Your Kin is calculated based on your date of birth in the 260-day Tzolkin cycle. It describes your galactic identity, your tasks, and your potential in this life.

The calculation of the Kin follows mathematical cycles that go far beyond our Gregorian calendar. It is based on the Tzolkin, a sacred calendar of 260 days. To find your Kin, the position of your year, month, and day of birth within this cycle is determined. The result is a number between 1 and 260 that reveals your seal and your tone.

- In the Dreamspell only the date counts, not the time of birth. If you were born on 29 February, you have the Kin of 28 February. The traditional calendar the Maya of highland Guatemala keep to this day counts differently: there, the same date can have another seal and tone.
