Deep Insight

The Overtone Serpent makes the life force shine. This is about full presence in the body and using instinctive wisdom for self-empowerment.

Affirmation

I empower in order to survive, commanding instinct. I seal the store of life force with the overtone tone of radiance. I am guided by the power of space.

Practice for Balance

Move your body consciously today (dancing, yoga, walking).
Let your passion for a cause radiate outwards.
Listen to your body's signals – they are your guidance.
