Flow

In the Dreamspell, the Red Moon is the seal of universal water and stands for purification and flow. This role profile reminds your character to notice feelings instead of damming them up, and to stay in tune with the natural rhythm of your surroundings.

The Dynamics of Purification

Muluc stands for the flow of feelings and information. Like water that holds on to nothing, it reminds you to let go of what is used up and to come back to your core parameters.

Optimization Strategy

Let your feedback signals flow. Allow yourself phases of vulnerability and letting go.

Feedback Jam

Emotional flooding or blocking of feedback loops.

Practice

Purification & Flow.

  • Give water a conscious place in your day – in the Dreamspell, Muluc is the seal of universal water.
  • Use water as a symbol of cleansing, for example in a small ritual.
  • Accept emotional feedback loops as data – do not suppress them.
  • Reflection: What information is currently building up in my system?
  • Reflection: What would I like to clear out of my setup today?
