Deep Insight

Synergy is the principle of emergent properties. When two systems (profiles) interact, a new quality emerges that wasn't present in either individual system. This can be productive (multiplication of strengths), neutral (parallel coexistence), or destructive (blockage). True synergy doesn't mean conflict-free, but the ability to grow together through friction. The central question isn't 'Do we fit together?' but 'What results can we create together that would be impossible alone?'
